We honestly can’t sing Chelseas’ praises highly enough. As a brand-new development, marketed and sold through RE/MAX Dazzle, it has truly changed our lives. From the start, it was clear that Chelseas is not just another complex – it’s a thoughtfully built, well-run community where people and quality both matter.

From the very first time we viewed a unit, Teri made the entire process feel surprisingly easy and reassuring. She guided us through each step, always available to answer questions, explain the details, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. Even after transfer, her support never stopped. When there were issues with the Wi-Fi provider, Teri took it upon herself to coordinate the change and ensure everything was sorted quickly – the kind of above-and-beyond service you rarely find.

The development itself has exceeded our expectations. The finishes are genuinely top shelf, and the overall construction is elegant and solid. Whenever a snag appeared, it was dealt with swiftly, cleanly, and without drama. Nico and his building team deserve huge credit for the workmanship, and Francois from BA Kitchens did an exceptional job on the carpentry, creating spaces that are both practical and beautiful.

We also deeply appreciate Elton, who lives on site and is always there to help with the hands-on, everyday tasks that keep everything running smoothly. His presence and willingness to assist add so much to the sense of care, safety, and community within Chelseas.

On top of all that, the practical features built into the development give us real peace of mind: water tanks in case of emergencies, solar, and inverters mean that we’re far less affected by outages and disruptions. It’s the kind of thoughtful planning that makes a tangible difference to daily life.

Looking back now, we can confidently say that buying at Chelseas through RE/MAX Dazzle was one of the best investments we could have made. We are proud to be part of this community and excited to see how it continues to grow in the years ahead.
